Grades & Education tools take the stress out of academic arithmetic: GPA (weighted and unweighted), final-grade and exam-needed calculators, weighted category scores, percentage-to-letter conversion, and test scoring. Students and teachers use them to answer the questions that matter at crunch time — “what do I need on the final?” and “what is my GPA right now?”
The core idea is the weighted average. A GPA converts each letter grade to grade points, weights them by credit hours, and averages — so a hard, high-credit course moves your number far more than an easy elective. Final-grade tools invert the same maths: given your current standing and the exam’s weight, they solve for the score you need. Because grading scales vary by school, these calculators let you set the scale, and they run entirely in your browser so nothing about your performance is stored or shared.
